Quantum computing is a rapidly emerging interdisciplinary research area that integrates concepts from mathematics, physics, and engineering. It demands contributions from various STEM areas for scientific rigor and successful progress in the field.

In this context, we are pleased to announce the International Conference on Emergent and Quantum Technologies (ICEQT’25), to be held in Las Vegas, NV. The conference aims to provide an opportunity for researchers in the field of quantum machine learning and machine learning researchers interested in applying AI to enhance quantum computing algorithms to present and discuss recent advancements in their areas of expertise.

The intersection of machine learning and quantum computing has emerged as one of the most exciting frontiers in modern science. As researchers increasingly explore how AI can enhance quantum systems – and how quantum computing can revolutionize AI – we’re witnessing unprecedented opportunities for innovation. IMPORTANT DATES:

• Submission of papers: May 8, 2025
• Notification of acceptance: May 18, 2025 (+/- two days)
• Registration deadline for authors: June 4, 2025. Online Conference Registration: https://american-cse.org/csce2025/registration.
• Uploading your final paper to publication to the portal. August 30, 2025. The conference proceedings will be published shortly after the event. The publisher (Springer Nature) will email each author a unique link to upload the material for the final papers (a unique link for each accepted paper). We anticipate that the publisher will email the link to the authors of ACCEPTED papers by around August 30, 2025. Each author will then have TWO weeks to upload their final papers for publication.

The conference has reserved a large block of rooms for the duration of the conference; these rooms are available only to our conference participants (on a First-Come First-Serve basis till the block is fully booked.) We anticipate that the block of rooms will be fully booked prior to July 6, 2025. Therefore, it is to your advantage to reserve your as soon as possible.

Type of Submissions/Papers:

• Full/Regular Research Papers (maximum of 8 pages): Regular Research Papers should provide original research contributions. They must report new research results that represent a contribution to the field; sufficient details and support for the results and conclusions should also be provided. The works presented in regular papers are expected to be at a stage of maturity that, with some additional work, can be published as journal papers.
• Short Research Papers (maximum of 5 pages): Short Research Papers report on ongoing research projects. They should provide overall research methodologies with some results. The works presented in short papers are expected to be at a stage of maturity that, with some additional work, can be published as regular papers.
• Extended Abstract/Poster Papers (maximum of 3 pages): Poster papers report on ongoing research projects that are still in their infancy (i.e., at very early stages). Such papers tend to provide research methodologies without yet concrete results.

Each paper will be peer-reviewed by two experts in the field for originality, significance, clarity, impact, and soundness. In cases of contradictory recommendations, a member of the conference program committee would be charged to make the final decision (accept/reject); often, this would involve seeking help from additional referees. Papers whose authors include a member of the conference program committee will be evaluated using the double-blinded review process. (Essay/philosophical papers will not be refereed but may be considered for discussion/panels).
