Description – About the conference

Quantum computing is an exciting and fast-growing field that combines ideas from mathematics, physics, and engineering. It relies on collaboration and contributions from many areas of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) to make meaningful progress.

We are thrilled to announce the International Conference on Emergent and Quantum Technologies (ICEQT’26), from July 20-23, 2026, in Las Vegas, NV. This conference is a fantastic opportunity for researchers in quantum machine learning and machine learning experts interested in using AI to improve quantum computing algorithms to share and discuss the latest breakthroughs in their fields.

The intersection of machine learning and quantum computing has emerged as one of the most transformative research areas today, with AI accelerating quantum breakthroughs and quantum computing unlocking new frontiers in AI. As part of the CSCE 2025 World Congress, this conference provides a premier platform to showcase cutting-edge work at this dynamic crossroads.

Each paper will be peer-reviewed by two experts in the field for originality, significance, clarity, impact, and soundness. In cases of contradictory recommendations, a member of the conference program committee would be charged with making the final decision (accept/reject); often, this would involve seeking help from additional referees. Papers whose authors include a member of the conference program committee will be evaluated using the double-blinded review process. (Essay/philosophical papers will not be refereed, but may be considered for discussion/panels).
